The service

Kitform reads brand guides you upload and builds a design system from them in Figma, on the website, through the Kitform Figma plugin, or through the Kitform connector for Claude. Questions: support-email-not-set@example.com.

Your account

Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You must be 18 or over, or using Kitform for a business.

Your files

Only upload brand guides, logos and fonts you have the right to use. You keep all rights in them. You give Kitform permission to process them only to provide the service to you. Kitform sets brand fonts in free, open-licence stand-ins by default; if you choose to use a licensed brand font in Figma, you need your own licence for it.

Plans and payment

  • Preview is free: upload, review, gap report, design tokens and CSS.
  • Build is £49 once per brand and unlocks building that brand in Figma, as often as you like.
  • Studio is £99 a month and unlocks Figma builds for every brand, with 10 GB of storage for original files. It renews monthly until you cancel in the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid month.
  • Team is £39 per member a month, with a minimum of 2 members, for a team's shared brands, with 100 GB of storage. The number of seats follows the team's member count: adding or removing members changes the next invoice, prorated by the day. Team owners and admins manage billing.
  • Extra storage is £10 a month per 50 GB, on top of Studio or Team. If a plan or add-on ends, Kitform stops keeping new original files; files already kept stay downloadable for 30 days, then may be deleted. Your brands themselves are never deleted for this reason.

Teams

A team's brands belong to the team. Anyone the team's owners or admins invite can see, edit, build and delete the team's brands. When someone leaves or is removed, the brands they made stay with the team. The person who pays for a team is responsible for who they invite.

Payments are taken by Stripe. If a Build doesn't work for your guide, email us within 14 days for a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

What Kitform does and doesn't promise

Kitform extracts what a guide states and flags what it has had to infer or assume in the gap report. Check the result before using it in production work. The service is provided as is; to the extent the law allows, Kitform's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Fair use

Don't try to access other people's brands, overload or attack the service, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will say so on this page. You can stop using Kitform and ask us to delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
